What is your pet policy?
We are a pet friendly community! Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. We do not have weight limits, but some breeds are restricted, including Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull, Terrier Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario and Rottweiler.
All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.

Yes. Livano Pflugerville offers convenient resident parking with private garages and carports available. Our community also features electric vehicle charging stations, making it easy to charge your EV close to home.
What Public Transportation Options Are Available Nearby?
Pflugerville is not currently served by traditional CapMetro fixed-route bus service, but the city offers Pfetch a Ride for local transportation, with the service area extending to the Tech Ridge Park & Ride. From Tech Ridge, residents can connect to CapMetro bus service, including Route 1 North Lamar/South Congress, for travel into Austin and connections throughout the broader CapMetro network.
